For my passenger and it sure does make a difference, bought the cheaper model to see if it works like the one I have for the saddle seat. I love mine, thought I was going to have to sell my bike because of spine issues. It's worth the money and butt will be happy you did.

Best investment I made..

I ride the XR 1200 X and it has the hardest seat out there on a motorcycle. I have toured over smooth roads and bad roads and experimented with gel pads of all sizes and with padded shorts and even ridden with a combination of both, trust me when I say that the Airhawk is the best thing that happened to me. From my saddletime limit of 1 hour I was able to ride non stop for unto 3 hours. Nothing more to say. Get it if you want to be comfortable. Forget it if you like the pain in your ass.

Wow, thought I was going to have to trade my butt in on a new model. This air pad works great and my butt is feeling better. I sit hours on end at the computer and the tailbone was getting sore. Amazing how little air is really required to sit comfortably for long periods of time, now. Whatever caused the hurtin in the first place is going away. This is going with me whenever I fly. It folds up into a very small package...easy to carry on. I could see how this would make a huge difference on motorcycles. Wish I'd had one of these on my bike.
